My 20 years across public service and consulting have centred on helping organisations make sense of complex initiatives, programs and strategic challenges.
I design the process and lead the conversations that help people define the need, test assumptions, develop meaningful benefits and agree a practical direction. That can mean shaping the thinking for a business case, aligning a program already underway, or translating organisational priorities into a coherent plan.
Investment Logic Mapping (ILM) facilitation is a core part of my practice, alongside benefits development, strategic and business planning, and program-level workshops. I connect the big picture with the decisions, measures and responsibilities needed to move forward.
Deep roots in investment management
An Investment Management Standard (IMS) practitioner since 2008, I co-authored and helped test, develop and embed the Victorian Government’s IMS between 2008 and 2013.
Alongside my own facilitation practice, Innox administers facilitator accreditation and reaccreditation on behalf of the Victorian Government—supporting the quality of workshop practice and investment documentation.

My experience includes government, water, local government and community organisations, including Melbourne Water, Victoria Police, NSW Telco Authority, City of Gold Coast and North Richmond Community Health.
